国際審査員として、参加されています。
これをきっかけに、生産者と善い関係を築かれ、
より素晴らしい珈琲が日本に入ってくれば、とても幸せだと思います。
たとえば、コスタリカ、グアテマラ、ホンジュラスなどの農園で、素晴らしい、
今後につながる、関係ができつつあるようです。
Cup of Excellence では、コンペティション、オークションのほかに、
農園ツアーも行っています。
それもまた、生産者と、ロースターを結ぶ、素晴らしい取り組みの一環ですね。
